The statement, 'water is life' is a regualar term that we keep on using daily. But for most of us it hasn't occurred to us how really important water is to our bodies. So below are some pf the benefits that water has to our bodies:

  1. Water helps to keep our skin smooth and soft. Most of the people who have rough skins is as a result of their skin cells being dehydrated. When we take water regularly, it helps to soften our skins.
  2. Water also helps to prevent headcahes. Instead of you quickly taking that pain killer every time you have a headache, you might want to consider the lats time you took water. Headches are a common sign of dehydration.
  3. It helps to boost our brain activity. Taking water helps to reduce fatigue and also cheers up our braincells thereby enabling us to function optimumly.
  4. Improves physical performance. Before, during and after our excercises it is important for us to continously take in water. This is so because water refreshes our muscles and helps us varry on our exercises without straning. It also improves our physical performance during exercises.
  5. Water has also been found to help our body in digestion. Especially taking warm water after meals. It really helps the gut to digest food.
  6. Helps to prevent diseases and conditions like constipation, kidney stones, asthma, urinary tract infections and many other diseases.
