Apple Cider Vinegar (popularly known as ACV) is touted to be a superfood and a  multi-purpose solution for many. It is believed to help get rid of a long list of health issues. It is basically prepared by fermenting the sugar present in apples which yields acetic acid, which is the main ingredient of ACV.
