Cleaning all hard surfaces (like dashboard, AC vents, knobs, front & back seats, door handles etc.) and touchpoints of the Cab after every trip by utilising alcoholic or disinfectant wipes or ozone treatment or any other sanitization mechanism recommended by the Government. Cleaning the Cab before and after every trip. Providing information regarding safety measures for customers in back seat of the cab. Ensuring touch less services by opening (a) the Cab door for entry and exit by the customer, and (b) the boot for storing luggage. Allowing such number of passengers (apart from the driver) to board the Cab as per the seating plan specified by the Government from time to time. Paper tissues and sanitizer to be readily made available for the customers. Social Distancing (i.e. physical distance of at least 2 m) to be observed with the customer while entering and exiting the cab. Driver to maintain maximum physical distance from the customer (as permitted by Cab layout) during the trip. Deep cleaning schedule of Cabs recording the date of the last service should be available in the cab. Customers with high temperature or showing any symptoms of contagious disease may be refused admission and will be advised to report to the closest medical facility. Frequent staff training on hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette at regular intervals covering the following: Driver to maintain hand hygiene by regularly and thoroughly cleaning hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or washing them with soap and water after every trip. Driver to completely refrain from touching eyes, nose, and mouth at all times while operating the Cab. Driver to sanitizer hands after exchanging any objects (like money, credit cards etc.) with customers. Driver to wear masks and gloves at all times while operating the Cab. Driver to maintain respiratory etiquette by covering mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing. The used tissue should be disposed of immediately in a bin with a lid.
