It was formed in themonth of November 2016 by Mr. Rakesh Garg along with other two professional co-partners.
We are into Sales & Marketing of Real Estate properties & Projects in Siliguri. We are presently Marketing Partner of various Commercial & Residential Projects like "Barsana Boulvard commercial spaces" & "Barsana Garden Apartment" of Beekay Group, "Amrita Alayam" of BGA Realtors & "Geetanjali Apart" of Beg Raj Group, ”Mayfair Crown“ & “Mayfair Utsav” of Sandeep G Realestate Private Limited, "Vedic homes" of CP group. Apart of this, we are also working with leading Promoters of the city. We deals in property in siliguri, flats, home, office, shop, land, plot, villa, bungalow, warehouse, godown for buy, sale, rent or lease. We help our client with financial & legal advices regarding home loan, taxation, registration & mutation.
