As an advocate of life-long learning and education, I made it my mission to develop workshops/sessions that would provide students/working professionals with the skills, knowledge, and content they need to succeed in their careers. I started The English Edge with some solidly designed workshops and materials. Based on my experience of working in various verticals over a period of 20 years, I can vouch that no matter what job you have in life, your success will be defined 5% by your academic credentials, 15% by your professional experience and 80% by your communication skills. Also, I personally believed that communication skills training should be personalized/customized based on individual's personality, so at The English Edge, the first principle I implemented is to 'understand clearly the client's need' before discussing other variables. I learned many profound lessons from my experiences, but the most important one is that we’re not just training a list of topics, we’re training people. It’s the people that continue to inspire our unwavering commitment to learning.
